Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must initiate your return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
The following items are exempt from being returned:
- Opened or used smart watches and headphones
- Personalized or engraved products
- Downloadable software products

Refund Processing

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
